Wake up at 0430 to 0435. I workout a half hour later, eat breakfast, shower and off to work by 0615.
No groundbreaking lifts as I am still not much of a morning person but I try and get it in. I am usually dead tired by 2130-2200. I function okay on this amount of sleep but normally need to catchup on the weekends.

Yes, but my breakfasts are more colon and heart friendly.
You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

Ha! My great great aunt ate streakaline (like super fatty bacon) with her breakfast pretty much every day, and she lived till 89. She still had all her own teeth, too. Worked on her feet til 87. I'm convinced milkshakes, country breakfasts, and chili cheese dogs are good for you because of her. If nothing else, I at least enjoy 5000 calories I eat a day!

I was in costco the other day, buying some ON whey isolate like any good lifter should & some douche walks up & says, "you know that stuff doesn't work, right?" Haven't you ever noticed it's fat chicks who tell skinny girls what to eat / not to eat to lose weight. Well, this dude was the poster child for anorexia. If you said he was a left over from a concentration camp, I wouldn't have argued. I just find it strange how a 6' guy probably weighing 140 lb on a good day is telling a 220 lber what to eat / not eat. Kids these days! /end rant.

Atty, BBing.com didn't get your letter about converting the forum to purple?
Oh, I saw these. They look right up your alley, flat, tightening via straps & purple. Win win, am I right?

Finally loaded an avi... 365lb single from last weekend, was pretty easy. Tried for 405lb and failed miserably.

Also, mobile change on the forums. Looks like they tried to make it prettier and rushed it because it sucks. They added a cool button to get to the top of the page which I like and have been wishing they had, but also added a bunch of store stuff to top and bottom. Looking at an image and going back to page it was on sucks now, you go all the way to the top.
