You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

My goal is to have so much equipment that I don't have room to workout. I am almost there. :)

The shed doesn't have a wooden floor already?
I'm about to drop a few hundo on foam insulation sheets for stage 1 of the roof of the man cave. Spray foam is more than I want to spend right now and it would be a pain in the ass to cover everything up.[]---[] Equipment Crew Member No. 21

Matrix,
Regarding pavers for the shed floor... what do you plan on using the shed for?
If you're not careful with the installation (and sometimes even if you are), it's easy to end up with a situation where you'll have some which are lower or higher than the others. Even if you get it all level from the outset, they might not stay that way depending upon moisture and what not.
If you're planning to use it to store heavy stuff, you're probably better off pouring a concrete pad.▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #35

Ooooo ooooo do mine next! Need to figure out how to share the gym space with the shop space. I'll have to look at this Visio thing.
Protip: If you already have Excel, you can make the electronic version of graph paper (and therefore mockup floor plans) pretty easily:

Those were taken with a Sony RX100II. The RX100II is light, small, and convenient to carry on hikes in hot weather. The images were shot in RAW mode and processed with Lightroom and Photoshop. I used two exposures for each of them, though for different reasons. On the first, I used the +0.7 exposure for the foreground and the -0.7 exposure for the sky. (I prefer wider bracketing, but the RX100II can't do it.) For the second, I stitched together two exposures.

Exactly the case with the Ford 4.9L six. Gear-driven timing, literally just change the oil and the plugs and it runs forever. I've never had any top-end work done on it and 70mph highway speeds are very doable.
However, I've got rust holes I can put my foot through...I think to get me through another year I'll start adding steel plateJim

Home gym temps - (metal workshop)
Outside ******t: 90 degrees
Inside gym ******t 115 degrees
Inside gym ceiling temp 130 degrees
So right be before I dropped $500 on R6 sytrofoam sheets I had an epiphany and decided to go with R21 batts for roughly the same price. I didn't want exposed unfaced pink batts so I was looking at white or brown batts from a different manufacturer when I stumbled on the denim batts. They are the same company that makes the blown in cellulose and they are local to me. Yes, I will have shredded old blue jeans in my ceiling . Will look cool, no itchyness, way better sound proofing, and not much more cost than fiberglass.[]---[] Equipment Crew Member No. 21

Just ordered the insulation. They said the only need a day to make it to order. Hoping install it this weekend.
Me too since the sandstone color is pretty light.
Why only 1/2" on the door? Mine is 1.5". Still need to do mine. A 4x8 sheet of low density foam with foil is like $16.[]---[] Equipment Crew Member No. 21

Heat reflective paint has been proven to significantly reduce the internal temperature of metal buildings, making working inside them much more comfortable.
This is the exact situation you were desrcibing (i.e. excessive heat inside the building). I was simply offering a solution.
