That'd be my guess too, but I don't understand what the slot/hole in the middle of the bench is for either.
Matrix, you have an Ironmaster Super Bench, right? It works really well for dumbbell bench rows. It might work well for barbell bench rows too, though I haven't tried it. I sort of got it to work with my trap bar, but there was a little bit of interference between the bar and the bench. I was able to eliminate most of the interference angling the bench just right. I'm thinking it might just work without any problem at all using a barbell. You'll probably have to set the angle to 30 degrees.▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #35

I need input on some new blood if you guys want to vote. Only 3 members gave suggestions and another doesn't feel comfortable suggesting because he hasn't been watching enough posts.
Oh....is it my imagination or did someone put a "troll me" sign on the door to this forum? Seems like a lot of nonsense and stupid questions the last few days, no?▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #4 ▪█─────█▪

You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

http://buick.com.br/site/product/bt-.../#.UR2usq7xHbo
Image is called in portugese: BT-923 Banco Simples Alto Vazado
In english this means: BT-923 single seat High Cast
But I still have no idea what it does? And what the hole is for (strong no homo.)

Page 2 bump.
I took the AZ CCW course yesterday. It was an all day course and I have to say it was very good and informative. The parts about the law and your responsibilities were great and one of the main reasons I took the course. It will take about 60 days to receive my CCW permit in the mail.
Technically, you don't need your CCW to carry concealed in AZ, but the restrictions are crazy if you don't have one. You can't be within 1000 feet of a gun free school zone without your CCW. I literally can't drive away from my house without being in violation of federal law.
The course was taught by a retired Detroit police officer. He also worked part time for the TSA and an armored car company in his retirement. Pretty cool guy.[]---[] Equipment Crew Member No.19

Cool ! My wife and I are getting ready to take ours in NC. We were going to take it together, but can't find someone to watch our kids for the whole day so we'll probably take them seperate. It's probably better for me not to take it with her , I'm okay going alone and she has a friend that'll take it with her.

^^Yes. You might need to stop by the store and pick up some more spoons so that you'll have enough... or buy some ice cream at DQ and take the whole container of spoons from the counter.
