Just placed a £900 bet on a double bet on tommorow's football (soccer for usabrahs). Current exchange rate (at time of posting) is $1.623 to £1 so that makes this roughly at $1460 bet.

If it wins, the return is £1504 ($2440)

fair play for having the balls to take it on, not sure i'd want to stake £100 on what i'd consider such an unpredictable bet. would much rather stick that 900 on Chelsea to beat Stoke at Stamford Bridge tomorrow as Stoke have lost every Premier League game they've ever played there. Would only net you 300 quid but seems a much safer bet to me.

having said that you've turned 100 into 900 and i've won fukk all so far this season. no doubt i'll spunk a few quid on some dreamer accys tomorrow so jakes on me

Most people wouldn't touch Man Utd/Arsenal, Arsenal/Spurs, Man City/Man Utd etc....but all in recent seasons have been 3-3's, 6-1's etc! Crazy chit happens in football.

Thanks - 95% luck with a bit of research and I never bet on over 2.5 goals anymore...been more than once that I've had over 2.5 goal bets which have finished 1-1 or 0-2 where I was in line for over a thousand....always sticking to over 1.5 or 0.5 from now on.
