Are you aware of how hypocritical you sound? You bash anything that is Arnold related, yet you call me a hater because I made a comment that Sergio's condition wasn't great... So what are you to Arnold then? The greatest hater to have ever lived?

Coming from the guy who stirred it up in this thread? Biggest hypocrite on the forum...
And yes, you are an Arnold hater, and it's based on your own logic. You criticized him, so I guess you hate him. Because that's all I did regarding Sergio and apparently that makes me a hater. Unless of course you have a double standard.Bench: 215x12 (17/12/2011) PR since torn RC

lolololol
I'd almost give you the benefit of the doubt on Sergio, but Sergio carried what seemed to be more mass because he was considerably less shredded. Just look at their backs, Arnold is destroying him. You can see it even more in the pictures... And let's face it, Sergio never came close to Arnold's '74.
And I'm a huge Sergio fan, genetic freak

Arnold in 74,no different from any other year-still wide waisted and thin thighed.Arnold has poor lats, they disappear when he raises his arms in a rear double biceps.Sergio killed him.
As to relative size,Sergio did not seem to have more mass,he of course did have more mass, and that on a much smaller frame. His arms were larger too, again on a smaller man, with a waist a good 6" smaller. Its all in the genes and nobody comes close to Sergio genetically. As to the bull**** about his condition, see filmed footage of him from the '69 Olympia,in his usual excellent shape for his Olympias.Good footage is hard to find but its there.
"In Essen ('72) Sergio was stupendous, flawless,I was ready to admit defeat"-Arnold.Weider had other ideas however!
Posting two pics of Sergio, one from around 1979 and the other after the 1984 Olympia, both not in anything like contest shape really does nothing for your argument re his conditioning.Last edited by PeteJames61; 11-13-2012 at 09:02 AM.

I agree with you 100%! This is exactly what is wrong with bodybuilding today. People who are new to the sport and don't really know what BODYBUILDING is all about think it's conditioning, conditioning and more conditioning. So Sergio isn't shredded in that video. Are you kidding me???? Do you not see how incredible and unbelievable he looks? That's one of the best bodybuilders in the history of the sport! His structure, his muscle mass, his shape. His arms look bigger than his head and one of his thighs is the same size as his waist. Show me anyone else who can equal his size and shape and proportion! And some of your are criticizing him because he's not ripped enough?? OMG, get a clue. Seriously! Bodybuilding is about Size, Shape, Proportion and Definition. It's NOT, NOT, NOT about ass cheek striations. Damn, give The Myth the respect he deserves. So what, he's not shredded like the 2012 competitors are. This was from 1972 and, IMO, he looks better than 90% of the bodybuilders competing today! Rant over..
