    Suppliment Suggestions for Body Building/Muscle gain

    Hey everyone! I'm looking for advice on body building suppliments to use that will yield the maximum muscle mass gain. There are a LOT of supliments out there, and I need help sifting through the bad ones to find the ones that will truely give results. Any suggestions?

    Some pretty basic but effective supplements are:

    Whey Protein. Fairly self-explanatory why it's useful.
    Creatine Monohydrate. Proven to slightly improve performance.
    Fish Oil. Helps with joint support.
    Multivitamin. Again, fairly self-explanatory.

    It's also a good idea to get some caffeine powder so you can be wide awake and energised before you go to the gym. It's especially useful for people who go in the mornings (like me).

    Yeah or a legit pre-workout. Defiantly not needed but some people enjoy the extra umph it gives you. My personal favorite is Muscle Pharm Assault. GL OP

    A+ on the first three, but I would swap out Vitamin D for the multi.

    Be careful with the mass gainer, a lot of new people think that directly means they'll get jacked. Its simply a high calorie protein shake basically so unless you need a lot of calories per day Id be careful with those(dont wanna put on a lot of fat ya know). As far as the BCAA's go some proteins have them in them such as gold standard whey. Thats what I use so I get both my protein and BCAA's in one punch.

    Will do! I'm a skinnier build so I have no worry that I'll put on fat, but I'll still be careful. The reason I'm considering taking it is that I need more callories that my current daily food intake gives. And I'm also aware that taking those weight gainers does not mean that I'll automatically get jacked. I'll only be using it to support my body in building itself back up when I workout (which is fairly consistantly). Since I'm already fairly cut, I'm just looking for some mass.

    Also, congrats on losing 100 pounds! That's incredible! With that kind of motivation and determination, I doubt anything in life would get in your way!
