Just like online, I always attract the insane people. So just this morning, and this is exactly this morning, I went to the gym 6:30, wise from experience, that insane irl trolls try to stick between and steal my machine or rack, because this has happened with both the lats pull cable, as well as the bench set (different but similarly insane dudes)

So... I came there. Did what I should. Warming up with singles:

Deadlift
1*130 kilo
1*140
1*150
1*160
1*170
1*175
1*180

This is now 7:15 in the morning, and a chump and 'his' chick stumbles in, and this clusterfuk of a retard walks directly to the bar you can see on the photo, loaded up to 185 kilo (this is exactly what u see in the pic), and the moron asks if I'm ready. So I say sure lift it, but u can't take off any weights. The fuker gets mad and asks when I'm in fact ready and I say how the hell would I know. So this deranged zombie stumbles away, and I have to restart lifting again.

So this is what I do after he's gone

This is just one of the weird reactions I get in the gym. I actually had to flee the arena there, because insane people can't be argued with, for example I told him, well there are other bars you know, but arguments just don't work. So I went away, and to another gym. By then I had dropped the deadlifting for today, and went straight to the dumbbell press. So what happens there is pretty much the usual - people get very nervous and start lifting over their capacity making ugly noises. And one older woman drops her bar right on the floor next to my foot.

Oh yeah there was another occurrence the same day, a young woman who came in with black tights and pink top and started squatting next to the dumbbell station. It was the way she was doing it. She took the olympic bar, put on tiny weights on both sides, and started squatting, but she stopped in the bottom rocking up and down! About three times, then up and redoing it, for reps. This was at a gym where young women used to stare on me, while I was stretching, so I'm used to that sort lol.
