I have a partial tear in my supraspinatus tendon on the right arm. I excerise 4 days a week (boxing) which consists of lots of cardio/stretching and of course hitting the bags.
Because of my arm, i can't do more than 30lbs on cable flies, can't do bench, cant do push ups, can't do free weights, cant do pull ups or machines that require the arm to be out more than a 30 degree angle. What else is there ? Anybody ever had a similar experience that can relate to this ?
I am scheduled for a surgery sometime in the next 3 months. As of right now, going boxing is what keeps me in shape but i want to have more lean muscle mass, especially the arms.
Any suggestions ?
EDIT: i take a pre-workout, amino acid, fat burner, and multi-vitamin..
