    i try to keep it around 5-6 times a year...not cheat meals though, cheat DAYS...all or nothing on those days. Birthday (march 6thhhh so soon!), Christmas, 4th of July family barbeque, family vacation, and thanksgiving and maybe 1 other sometime throughout the course of the year

    I'm going to have to take a cheat month soon lol. This summer I'm serving as a Cadet Training Assistant for AFROTC Field Training, so I'm at the mercy of Ellsworth AFB dining facilities for 6 weeks . I also won't be able to lift and will be going on about 3 hrs of sleep a night the whole time.

    While Bulking I tend to include one good cheat meal at least every 2 weeks. If I am having a hard time staying in the groove while bulking I'll take a cheat meal once every week.

    While cutting I tend to take 1 good cheat meal every 3 weeks but if I'm having problems sticking to my nutrition I'll take a cheat meal every 10 days or so.

    To me the biggest thing with cheat meals or days is to take them when you actually need them. Don' just take one because oh I've eaten good all week its time for a cheat day. I use it more of a mental relief when and if I get burnt out.

    Pfff..i don't understand 99.9 % of the time i only eat : chicken, tuna, rice, oats, vegetables, olive oil, etc...


    And i have not a super 6 pack (just a little) i cheat only once every 2 month, maybe only once every 3 months !!!

    the cheating I do involves eating more than I normally would. As long as I eat my normal meals, I'll let myself eat more of whatever. I'm not big on sweets, so usually I might cheat by eating something like pizza. I do this whenever I feel like it.

    every sunday, just relax and start all over again monday. The way I think of it is if I have 40 meals in a one week span and 35 of those are clean it really doesn't affect me at all especially when my metabolism is still high and im bulking. Not saying I can do this forever tho lol

    lol, well i have cheated, i just dont like to admit to it often because it was so bad, we're talking half a cheesecake and about 25 cookies in two days, my body has gone from 8 pack to barely noticeable, had to order EC stack to try to get back to normal.

    I have one cheat meal a week.

    I have had lots of success with this. I simply pick one day during the week as my cheat meal day and i will have one favorite food. Like Pizza or Whatever.

    And i love the fact that guys who cheat many times a week have probably more than 20 % bf.

    Being huge, that's cool, but i prefer to be muscular with 8-10 % bf.

    Because if you only want to be ****in' huge , quit to lift weights and got to eat at the Mc Donalds 5 times a day.

    Been dieting for 318 days so far, Ive had 2 slices of pizza as cheats (on seperate days), all in all.

    Another 6 weeks of dieting left, and then im going to binge for a weekend and then a day or two. Already got a list of resteraunts to hit thats longer than my arm
