I thought I might of had to eat something a little dirty but i ended up going to a chicken based restaurant, ended up eating half a flamegrilled chicken (with extra spicy sauce to boost the metabolism, spiciest thing I have EVER experienced) with some spicy rice and corn on the cob. So it wasn't really cheating. Just a bigger portion than usual. Was really tasty.
Anyway, hwo about you lot?

i received a pretty cupcake with icing on top as huge as the cupcake. i was tempted but resisted eating it. it's still on my desk at work. i guess it'll go into the trash can.

I made it through the day being exposed to cookies, cakes, donuts and chocolate all day. So I rewarded myself with my valentines candy by having a DS Sustain Bar last night lol. Was good enough for me.

Had fresh pastries (canoli, and tiramisu) from a great bakery, but I'm sick and had no interest in eating them. Wife loved it, mine is still waiting to be devoured.
Made filets, green beans, and roasted sweet potatoes from dinner... but just picked at it because I don't feel like eating.

you guys are all so good! me, not so much. i had a huugge chicken and pasta dish, red wine, half a box of godiva chocolate (i had to find the coconut one.) i genuinely felt sick when i woke up this morning. but still made it to the gym at 7am. guess who's low-carbing it today?

I went to the gym too... and then my girlfriend made me some pasta (Barilla PLUS... anyone think this stuff is actually good for you? because it tasted great) with garlic bread and I had two glasses of red wine. Oh well. Back on the wagon today...
