Need help... i missed my dosage @ bedtime but i took it four hours later and then went back to sleep... Did i do the right thing???

I think you will be fine. It is best to take it at the same time each day, but one missed dosage shouldn't hurt your progress that much.

My rule of thumb is if it's a once daily supplement, and you remember 12 hours before the next dose, then go ahead and take the dose. If it's past 12 hours since you were suppose to take it, skip the dose and just restart on your normal schedule.
For example, if you woke up at 8 in the morning and forgot to take the dose at midnight, I'd take it at 8 in the morning, but if it was noon, then I would skip it and take the other dose tonight.
