Hi guys,
I recently watched a short video by coach Poliquin about carnitine.
Is there a difference between propyl l carnitine and acetyl l-carnitine?
Or is propyl l carnitine also known as acetyl l-carnitine?
Any help/clarification would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Im a chemistry student Ill try to explain simply. Acetyl Carnatine is the acetylated form of L-carnitine. This means that the carnatine molecule has an acetyl group(a double bonded Oxygen) instead of a propyl group(3-Carbon chain). Acetyl is said to have a higher bio availability, i have no idea about that, I cant imagine theyd be very different.
