O eggs and 0 red meat or chicken. After 20 years of eating them i have found the body does not really need them. So now only animal source of protein I get is from fish.

Right now I only do 2 whole eggs scrambled on a bagel in the morning at work. Scramble them up, throw it in the microwave for 1:45 and then on a toasted bagel. Does a decent job of keeping me full.

I would like to do more though

Not enough. Had 4 boiled eggs last week.

Boiled eggs make excellent fast food, grab and eat on the run if you haven't time to sit down.

Just going to put another pot on

11 whites, one whole, fried, every day (I like them runny).
"It doesn't matter what exercise you do, but man was made to move, to eat sparingly, to work hard and to screw as much as he can manage. Do all that, and you will look as good as your genes will let you, be content as the arseholes around you will allow, and maybe get a few screws. The particular virtues of weight training are in the discipline it brings to both mind and body, and, if you do it right, it will make you look good naked and do well what you got your clothes off to do." Right, a single serving has 11g and there are 3 servings pet can.

I wore up early this morning, and inspired by this thread, I had 4 eggs. Never had that many in one meal before. Scrambled them in a bowl with a splash of milk and microwaved for 1:50... salt & pepper... Perfect!

    I bet I could eat 50!

Ok, maybe not, now that I think about it. A dozen would be easy, though.

I buy the frozen egg whites and scramble about 1.5 cups (12-14 whites) plus 2 whole eggs for fat. I love it with a couple of slices of Dark Rye bread with Vegemite (it's an Aussie thing!) and avocado. Sooooo good!

1 whole egg + 3 egg whites every morning...scrambled. Have been doing this for about a year and haven't gotten tired of it yet. I love eggs!

I separate the yolks myself...can't stand the egg whites that come in the carton, yuck.
