Anyone else here hate working out hungry or on an empty stomach? I don't mind being slightly hungry all day, but if I'm going to workout I'm going to need to feel nourished.

I think that (plus losing muscle) is the real reason why I always lose mad weight when I stop working out, even if I eat 90% junkfood.

I drink like 100ml of milk and a couple splashes of coffee right before working out, but besides that I'm fasted. Could not imagine doing this a month ago, but now after I tried it for a week or so I'm actually kinda liking it.

I think I'm getting addicted to fasted training and stimulants. Elevated adrenaline from fasting + ephedrine + 2 scoops of white flood (400mg caffeine) turns me into a frothing madman in the gym. The feeling is awesome. Eating right afterwards seems to stave off the crash.

lol that's a hella lot of stimulants. I didn't know about the adrenaline thing, intredasting.
