I came back to this forum around a month or so ago. I immediately started to look at products I had missed the past couple of years. The first one to catch my eye was Applied Nutriceuticals Fat Free. I asked about it and was offered a sponsored log. I ran it for 3 weeks and lost a good amount of weight. I saw that Gaspari was coming out with a new thermogenic and immediately bought it when I found it for 30 dollars instead of 40. I have been up and down with my weight for a while now and I felt like logging everything I ran was a good way to keep me accountable. This log is more for me than you, but if it helps you decide on something to run to meet your own goals then it works out for everyone.
My initial plan was to run Anavite and Detonate for a full run, but I realized right after I ordered that I ordered the 10 day supply of Anavite. I have logged Anavite before and thought it was a great multi, so depending on my next paycheck I might correct my mistake and order a full bottle...Gaspari surprised me by having a 10 day bottle, lol...
Anyway, I just got my order in an hour or so ago so I will start tomorrow. My beginning weight is 242.8 and my ultimate goal (not for this log, just in general) is 235. I hope you guys follow along, feel free to ask any questions, and I am just your average bro so feel free to shoot the breeze in here...

You get my PM? Gaspari is one of my favorites so I am looking forward to trying the new product! I guess the 30 caps is just a 5 day supply so..I might go a few days without Anavite but I plan on ordering again on payday, the full bottle lol...I guess Detonate will probably be the star here anyway...

9/20/2012 in Review (Day 1) Starting Weight 242.8:
About half an hour after my initial dose I noticed some increased energy and some mood elevation. It wasn't a crazy energy or anything, but it did stick around for the next 6 hours or so which I thought was pretty good. I typically noticed thermogenic products started to wear off around the 3-4 hour mark so a couple of extra hours is pretty nice. Appetite seemed pretty suppressed yesterday. I got a good run in yesterday and feel like it set me up for a good rest of the day. Felt really energized at work, which could have something to do with the product but most likely has to do with just coming off of vacation...
Didn't get any tingles or anything from Anavite, looking forward to using it again though since I enjoyed it the first time and think it's more than just a multivitamin with it's additions. Thought I was going out of town this weekend but it looks like I'm sticking around so I should get a few more cardio sessions this weekend and a good lift on Saturday.
Some of my main goals for this log are to increase my endurance while running and a much easier one to obtain will be to increase my water intake. I used to drink adequate amounts for sure and feel like I got away from that. These goals on top of the already stated get into the 230's goal.
Overall my first day was pretty enjoyable, I hope the mood elevation keeps up, it's easier to run in a good mood, lol.

9/21/2012 in Review (Day 2) Starting Weight 242.6:
Had a late and light workout. My previous couple of workouts have been pretty intense and work was pretty rough so I took it easy and just did a quick jog and then played some basketball. Football on TV today, going to the mall to look around with the wife. Probably will cheat and eat at the Japanese place in the mall. Going to get a quick workout in sometime today between games I want to be watching. Good energy, good thermogenic effect. Appetite suppression was pretty spot on until late last night when I started to get really hungry so I went to bed.Last edited by MBSowards; 09-22-2012 at 05:31 AM.

9/22/2012 in Review (Day 3) Starting Weight 241.4:
Awesome, awesome workout today. Ended up not going to the mall so I had some chicken and rice at home (much healthier than the cheat chicken and rice I was going to have, lol). Took my dog to get an antibiotic shot to fight a yeast infection in her ear and came back to work out. Ran a little over two miles and came back home to hit the weights. Had a pretty quick weight session and threw in some crunches. Energy levels were through the roof and I felt like I had some extra pep in my step more than I have had since I started getting back into it. Not bad considering I started the day pretty sore from where I have been increasing my running distance pretty steadily over the past couple of weeks...

9/24/2012 in Review (Day 5) Starting Weight 239.9: Good workout, got a couple of miles in and some basketball. Lap time and intensity on my run has been increasing pretty steadily. Appetite suppression is pretty good and I can get away with eating as much or as little as I want and not feel the need to eat at any point. Really liking things so far.

Sorry I missed a couple of posts in here. My work schedule got changed last minute and I had to go to overnight shift for a couple of days to get some things done at work. Back to normal shift now so other than being tired right now things are good. Diet is good, energy is pretty good considering I got my sleep schedule all out of whack. Started today out at 239.3.
