Yeah Maori man. Contemplating the move over there, i've just been put off by not knowing the investment opportunities over there. I need to research it more because I don't work anymore and it's my main source of income, so would need to be on the ball if im going to do it.
Many Kiwi's over there though yeah I even heard that the odd rugby game gets sparked up at local parks haha

You think so breh?.. I don't know... I find KFC here awful, the shti the chicken is coated in seems way harder and to crunchy Vs Europe / States
Also got a couple of PM's about info on 24 fitness gym in Al Quoz - which IMO is one of the better "public" gyms in the City..
they've put their prices up slightly since I last went to Dhs40 for a daily pass.
Map to gym:
(Ignore the Circuit Factory branding, they run their classes there - and have a better map...
Also website is:
http://techippo.wix.com/24fitness#!about
which is a batsard to find as doesn't come up in any google searches..

Dosman, can't remember who I asked here but would you be able to give me an honest opinion?
1.) Between *****, Kuwait and maybe Abu D. - How would you rate them in terms of living and stuff. I know ***** is pricey, but I also know Kuwait is better in terms of living and saving money. But can you save money being in ***** or is it just too damn pricey? (my goal is to pay off my student loans and put money aside, but quickly)
2.) My wife says ***** would be her ideal place to live, but I hear to roads are **** m8. Mind telling me anything else that would say "You should move here" other than the obvious? Know anything about family stuff or schools or anything of that sort? Parks, beaches, etc?▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀

1) Kuwait is an alcohol-free country. Big non if you like going out etc.. Abu Dhabi is great for work (tons of $), but not for living. Not a lot to do there, and lots of AD residents drive all the way to ***** when they want to go out
2) Roads are ****? nosureifsrs. ***** roads are fantastic. A few years back (6 or 7) the complaint was that they were ever-changing due to the city's growth. But that's not really the case anymore...or at least not like it was back then"Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity"

**** bags. My wife knows Kuwait is boring but not from first hand, and I know I would be able to get a job in both places. But in Kuwait I would get a for sure job that would likely be awesome, but she would be bored. Just gotta bust my ass now to make it better in Dubizzleeee▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀

Supp bro..
I've never actually visited Kuwait.. but as Big Kahoona pointed out, it's dry and I wouldn't imagine there's that much going on in terms of the social scene there. Saying that though, in places such as Kuwait, Qatar. Saudi, there are large expat communities which tend to stick together and make their own entertainment, so it might not be all bad.
IMO ***** leads in terms of overall quality of life, then Abu Dhabi then Kuwait.
There's currently alot going on / being planned for AD so in the near future this may change.
Kuwait might not be a bad starting point at all, where you could make some sound contacts and then look to UAE later on, but if an opportunity arises in ***** I'd consider this over anywhere else in the region.
Your wife would love it here - just make sure you've got some empty credit cards if she's partial to be a bit of shopping as she can go mental here..
