you need to stay natty long enough to develop the discipline in your training and awareness of how your body responds to training/diet so that when you eventually go off cycle you dont lose all your gains.
was at a festival this weekend and so many brah 170lbs telling me about how they have been training for less than 2 years and their cycles and i thought "holy **** you guys are lazy, I was 185lbs before I even started". I looked at pics of them when they were on cycle verse how they looked now and they lost all their gains under this false notion of getting shredded. No.... you just lost all your gains because you have no idea what you're doing.
