its a great feeling though. i get more concerned if my body has no reaction at all.
leg training is really tough. half-way through my leg day, i can begin to understand why some people dont bother at all. really tough, but the results are worth it.
love the doms across the back and lats too. keen to give 'em a stetch when no one's looking.

This is exactly what it is.. the day after your workout you will feel like you did a workout which is good. And if you have been training for a while it usually subsides after that and dont really feel anything 3rd day. However in DOMS, the 3rd day is the worst. People that are new, or have not worked out recently, then hit their muscles usually experience this. It sucks because you almost have to lift less then what you are capable of when your just getting back in the gym to get your muscles acquainted with being tore down (breaking muscle fibers). Just something to deal with for now

When I do legs I feel fine for 24 hours then DOMS always hits me and last about 36 hours. I train legs MOndays and Thursday and it takes me till Thursday before I feel I could squat again.
After training legs I always feel like 'I'm fine, legs dont feel too bad' then it hits me later on like a ton of bricks and can hardly walk!'
What's your leg workout like? High reps, or high weight? My Big 4 Lifts:
Squat: 140kg x 5
Bench: 110kg x 3
Deadlift: 180kg x 2
Military Press: 70kg x 2
