I'm looking to increase my bench max(of course) and a good program to fit it. Right now I'm doing 12 reps on warm up bench. Then 8 6 4 after. Thirty to a minute rest between. I also use this setup for flies, incline, and decline. I do some body weight exercises as well every other chest day. I work heavy on Lats and triceps on a different day than chest. Any tips?
