Just for fun and personal motivation I am considering "competing" along side you all. I will get my before photos up soon. This can help. Serve as an example to what your entry posts should look like. This is going to be embarrassing since I have let myself go a bit over the summer

So this is goal based; if someone is looking to bulk, you'll judge according to that, etc? If so, how will the comparisons be made between somebody trying to bulk and somebody trying to cut? Just asking, cuz more than likely, the person cutting will look in better, "shape" afterward. But obviously if the goal was to gain weight, then some fat gain is unavoidable. So just wanna know what the criteria will be? And is this limited to bodybuilding.com forum?

Can we hold a sign that shows the day? Like if I write it down on a piece of paper? Or does it have to be a newspaper? I just don't think I'll be able to get the coordination of the news paper close enough with my whole body. Haha.

It's not so much about being in better "shape" afterwards, as it is successfully completing a your fitness goal and making a positive change. I know that some fat gain come with bulking, so don't worry about that. If a bulk is done right and the clean way you will put on a little fat. Dirty bulking will add on quite a bit of fat. A possible winner would be someone who completes a successful clean bulk (i.e. minimal fat gain and lots of muscle gain)
I will be posting my photo's momentarily, i just help the paper at my side etc. then took a close up shot of the newspaper so that you were able to tell that the newspaper I was holding was the same one in my before photos.

My goal for this transformation is to use Force Factor products to aid me in losing body fat and becoming more "fit". I currently weight around 205 lbs. I would love to be down around 190 by the end of the eight weeks. I would also like to maintain as much muscle mass as possible even if it means not losing the body fat as quickly.
EDIT: I am having trouble getting my photos to show up, but I am working on it.Last edited by TPAYNTER; 09-18-2012 at 11:27 AM.

Application
My goal during this transformation is to lose the extra body fat I am carrying around. I would also like to tighten up my body and become fit again. I have been there before and want to be back there again. I look forward to competing with you all and see how well everyone does. The money and products are a BIG motivator. Thanks Force Factor for this opportunity.
