New 2012 Eight Week Transformation Challenge Sponsored by Force Factor

    Grand Prize:
    (1 Male Winner & 1 Female Winner)

$500 cash, $350 worth of free product (retail value) from Force Factor, and one autographed piece of sports memorabilia from Vernon Davis. You will also be featured on the Force Factor website and ******** page as a Transformation winner.

    2nd place:
    (1 Winner)

$300 worth of free product (retail value) from Force Factor, and one autographed piece of sports memorabilia from Vernon Davis.

    3rd place:
    (1 Winner)

$150 worth of free product (retail value) from Force Factor, and one autographed piece of sports memorabilia from Vernon Davis.

    Rules:
Contestants must be 18 or older and either a U.S. or Canada resident.

All participants must purchase at least 2 Force Factor products throughout the duration of the transformation. (Proof will be needed, i.e. screenshot of receipt if purchased online or picture of receipt if purchased in store.)

All contestants must post their “Before” pictures in this thread between September 17th and September 21st. The end date will be exactly eight weeks from the date of the “Before” picture. The pictures must include a newspaper from the date of the picture. (Note: make sure the date is visible, even if it means taking a close-up photo.)

Each entry will need three required pictures (both "Before" & "After")

    1. Fully Body Front Relaxed

    2. Full Body Side Relaxed

    3. Fully Body Back Relaxed

You may post additional pictures to showcase your transformation, but the aforementioned pictures are REQUIRED!
Please also include with your “Before” pictures your goal for this transformation (i.e., I am participating in this transformation challenge so I can lose fat, gain muscle, and become healthier.).

When you’ve completed your eight week transformation, share with us how you accomplished your goal! Let us know about your diet, your supplement plan, how you stayed motivated, and anything else you feel helped you on your journey. Write a minimum of one paragraph and post it along with your “After” pictures in the transformation thread.

A transformation log/journal (http://forum.bodybuilding.com/forumdisplay.php?f=511) is not required but is encouraged.

All product prizes will be supplied directly from Force Factor.

*Force Factor Representatives will judge this competition*
The judges will choose winners based on: physical improvement according to "Before" and "After" photos and information submitted; the contestant's ability to achieve their fitness goal according to the goal they set out to achieve at the beginning of the contest. Judges’ decisions are final. If selected, the winner would need to sign a release to be featured on Force Factor’s website and ******** page.

    Thumbs up

Just for fun and personal motivation I am considering "competing" along side you all. I will get my before photos up soon. This can help. Serve as an example to what your entry posts should look like. This is going to be embarrassing since I have let myself go a bit over the summer

I just might do this. End of October I stop my bulk and start cutting in November. Don't know how good I'll look with just 17 days of cutting but I'm going to see what happens. I need to think about this for 2 days. And I'll come back.

If you mean for pricing, then the products come directly for force factor so the pricing will go by the retail value on our website.

So this is goal based; if someone is looking to bulk, you'll judge according to that, etc? If so, how will the comparisons be made between somebody trying to bulk and somebody trying to cut? Just asking, cuz more than likely, the person cutting will look in better, "shape" afterward. But obviously if the goal was to gain weight, then some fat gain is unavoidable. So just wanna know what the criteria will be? And is this limited to bodybuilding.com forum?

It's not so much about being in better "shape" afterwards, as it is successfully completing a your fitness goal and making a positive change. I know that some fat gain come with bulking, so don't worry about that. If a bulk is done right and the clean way you will put on a little fat. Dirty bulking will add on quite a bit of fat. A possible winner would be someone who completes a successful clean bulk (i.e. minimal fat gain and lots of muscle gain)

I will be posting my photo's momentarily, i just help the paper at my side etc. then took a close up shot of the newspaper so that you were able to tell that the newspaper I was holding was the same one in my before photos.

My goal for this transformation is to use Force Factor products to aid me in losing body fat and becoming more "fit". I currently weight around 205 lbs. I would love to be down around 190 by the end of the eight weeks. I would also like to maintain as much muscle mass as possible even if it means not losing the body fat as quickly.

EDIT: I am having trouble getting my photos to show up, but I am working on it.

    Application

My goal during this transformation is to lose the extra body fat I am carrying around. I would also like to tighten up my body and become fit again. I have been there before and want to be back there again. I look forward to competing with you all and see how well everyone does. The money and products are a BIG motivator. Thanks Force Factor for this opportunity.

This sounds pretty tempting, I do need something to pick me up from not being able to play football this year and this might be good motivation for that
