Lately I have been noticing my chest gains havn't been up to my shoulders, arms and pretty much most muscles in my body, I don't what the problem is but maybe has something to do with my routine.
Chest day is usually
- 5 Sets Flat Bench 14-18 Reps Moving up weight each time
- 4 Sets Dumbell Flyes 14-18 Reps
- 4 Sets Dips 14-18 Reps
- 3 Sets pushups till failure
Any better ideas cheers to let me know

5 sets of 14 to 18 reps? Is this part of a written routine or are you just guessing?
Lower the reps and increase the weight. If the weight is heavy enough, then 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps will be plenty. You won't want to do anymore.
Try to add reps or weight to the bar everytime.
2 sets of fly's at 10 to 12 reps and 2 sets of dips. Done.
