How to increase Carb/insulin sensitivity? (measly reps)

So from what I have learned, carb and insulin sensitivity will have benefits on how you distribute/store fat while eating at a caloric surplus. Do you brahs have any tips to increase carbohydrate sensitivity? Currently taking fish oil, flaxseed oil, and animal pak hoping that it will help.

Poverty reps to whoever gives meh tips.

I did a video on this topic a couple days ago.

Fish oil might help in small amounts, but that isn't an excuse to slam 10 of them a day, flaxseed oil isn't going to be helpful nor will some multi-vitamin pack. Coffee can help.

However overall the best hting you can do for it is high intensity training frequently. Intense weight lifting, GPP work, interval training/HIIT cardio etc are the most effective tools available to us for this purpose.
