    injuries

    srs i am like 15% bf now at 180 and I would probably be like 12-13% if I didn't have had various problems

    brb I make progress on military press, brb next day feel some chit in rotator cuff, brb 1 week of light work
    brb torn tfcc
    brb snapping triceps (ulnar nerve problems) cant do any tricep isolations or it will happen again
    brb had wrist problems that are slowly gettin better
    brb SLDLs almost fooked up my back, now i feel some pain sometimes in my spine

    chit like that fooks me up physically and mentally, and also when I worry about injuries






    also meals, don't have enough time to eat big
    brb 5000 cal on bulk with 4-6 hours free time is fukin hard

    Horrendous genetics - even on a clean/high calorie diet, it seems like I gain 10 lbs fat for every 1lb of muscle

    I did stoppani's 12 week strength/size program and got a lot stronger but saw very little size difference.

    Holding me back is that i keep getting hurt. I think i lift to hard and end up over doing it and something bad keeps happening, usually to my back and ribs... I just want to be huge and ripped NOW and i go to the gym really trying to speed up that process and then i take a wrong turn and end up snap city...

    Time to get in the gym. Stay so busy throughout the week with two jobs that I can't get in there often enough to make any solid gains. Plus no time to prepare meals that allow for optimum nutrition.

    Self discipline & mental strength

    While I have no problem going to the gym 3 times as week, theres a limit to how much I can train because I'm on cutting cals and lifting hard + strict diet is emotionally and physcially drainings. I feel like I could be pushing more effort into my lifting but I would constantly feel tired and would be a huge drain.

    Lower back pain, not enough cell-tech, school/work.

    Overall though I am pretty happy with how my body looks.

    Nothing lately. I stopped drinking the last couple months and my diet is solid. I am getting the gains I want, without a hermet lifestlye.
    I'd say at this point the only thing holding me back is time

    It's easy to fall into the habit of staying on track, but if I fall out, it's a slippery slope.

    Also the fact that my lower body seems to grow twice as fast as my upper body in terms of size....
