injuries
srs i am like 15% bf now at 180 and I would probably be like 12-13% if I didn't have had various problems
brb I make progress on military press, brb next day feel some chit in rotator cuff, brb 1 week of light work
brb torn tfcc
brb snapping triceps (ulnar nerve problems) cant do any tricep isolations or it will happen again
brb had wrist problems that are slowly gettin better
brb SLDLs almost fooked up my back, now i feel some pain sometimes in my spine
chit like that fooks me up physically and mentally, and also when I worry about injuries
also meals, don't have enough time to eat big
brb 5000 cal on bulk with 4-6 hours free time is fukin hard

Holding me back is that i keep getting hurt. I think i lift to hard and end up over doing it and something bad keeps happening, usually to my back and ribs... I just want to be huge and ripped NOW and i go to the gym really trying to speed up that process and then i take a wrong turn and end up snap city...

Self discipline & mental strength
While I have no problem going to the gym 3 times as week, theres a limit to how much I can train because I'm on cutting cals and lifting hard + strict diet is emotionally and physcially drainings. I feel like I could be pushing more effort into my lifting but I would constantly feel tired and would be a huge drain.
