    IIFYM and Bulking = biggest BS

    I used to be into that sh!t last 2 years, but guess what? I got FAT. Yes F A T. Chances are a lot of you are insulin resistant already. Doing IIFYM is stupid

    I was bulking on 3200 cals. with about 400g of carbs. EVERY DAY. Cals in = Cals out, right?

    But no I got FAT as PHUCK.

    Last 4 months been taking it easy. Just 200g protein, 300g carbs on gym days and 150g on off days, fats at 60-70g.

    SLOWLY gaining mass and Im looking heaps better.

    seriously this IIFYM crap sent my blood sugar levels thru the roof. Clean FOOD & Clean BULK 1kg/month > all

    ITT: a complete misunderstanding of IIFYM.

    The only thing that makes you gain extra fat is excess calories not "dirty" foods so obviously cut the calories back a bit if you're gaining way too much fat on a bulk.

    IIFYM is just a way to hit your daily macro needs, it doesn't mean to gorge on ice cream and pizza.

    If you hit your daily macronutrient, micronutrient and calorie needs there is room for some food that are "dirty" that you enjoy.

    Wow, you actually don't have a clue what you're talking about.

    Please explain to me how if someone was doing IIFYM they would get fat? What is your definition of IIFYM? I'm guessing you think it means eating whatever the fuk you want in a 1000 calorie surplus for 6 months and then getting mad when you're fat?

    All IIFYM means is hitting your daily protein, fat, carbs and calorie needs. It doesn't mean fill your macros with protein powder, butter and syrup. It's basically flexible dieting, just pick mostly whole "clean" foods to hit your micronutrient needs and you can eat a little of what you want to fill out the rest of the calories.

    And lol at you thinking insulin is the most important thing in fat loss, clueless.
