Been reading around for great upper chest work outs.
These seem to be what the majority says.
Incline Bench Press Barbell
Incline Bench Press Dumbbells + Twist at Top
Bench Press to Neck
Wide Grip Dips
Incline Dumbell Flyes
I also read that flyes and pec deks aren't as effective and work against recovery. True?

For targeting the upper chest all of the exercises you mentioned except wide grip dips, (doesn't emphasize upper chest) and bench press to neck, (enormous strain on rotator cuff), would be a good choice.
