    why no flat Bench press????

Why dont experts like kris gethin, doriyan yattes, neil, have flat and incline barbeell bench press in their routine i mean its the most common chest exercise and seriously a chest workout is incomplete without a barbell bench press

everybody has their preferences. everybody has different biomechanics. it's all about what works for them.
You're 5'11, 150 lbs and intimidated by that big guy over in the squat rack, squatting 4 times your body weight.
Don't worry, his strength isn't valid if you can do more pullups than him, even though he weighs 100lbs more than you.

    Skinny guy logic

Most of those guys probably have used bench press many times -- especially in their earlier years. Everyone benches at some point. And then a lot of bodybuilders realize that it isn't the ideal exercise for their chest development.

On the other hand, if you're a regular dude who only works out 3x per week, then bench is one of the best bang for the buck upper body pressing exercises. The general aesthetics will improve for most people as they get bigger. As for bodybuilders, they do many split routines that are aimed to shape and sculpt and yada yada...

Its one of the best lifts for overall strength..

But as everyone else has stated, there's a difference between your average gym goer who has average levels of muscle mass, and pros who have already spent many years building a base of strength and muscle. .

    is that a typo?

Flat bb bench might not be the best for overall chest hyperthrophy (which I still question), but it is definitely the best in terms of strength. Hell, overall upper body strength is measured by a barbell bench press (though think it should be the overhead press).
