So... this was my transformation during the contest.
Not so fast as I was expecting, but still a very good result.
My transformation will continue after the contest, of course, as I'm not close enough to be satisfied with my body yet.

This comp was a lot of fun and an amazing way to keep motivated. Im very happy with my progress over the 16 weeks and I am blown away by the progress of the other competitors. Did not totally achieve the goals I set but did make improvement. Dropped almost 12 lbs and the photos do reflect some change. Been plateaued for awhile and just didn't seem to get the training time I was hoping for. I still want to drop another 30 lbs and I will get there.....eventually

Made decent progress on scale but so-so progress on muscle development/ physique. Diet was fair to good. too many cheat meal/DAYS .Was on the all pro beginner routine for 5 cycles since early sept. I think I focused too much on cardio and not enough on lifting. Will cut back on cardio and try a 4 day heavy split.. Nonetheless and to be honest, I feel amazing physically and mentally. Thanks to all and fwf for keeping us motivated and putting this together

Win or loose, I accomplished the goal I set out to achieve, reaching single digit bodyfat levels for the first time in my life! The vascularity I was able to achieve I think is the most noticable feature of my transformation, the abs are not too bad themselves although like many people here with a history of obesity the bottom belly section needs much work during 2013! All in all I am truly begining to feel like a bodybuilder for the first time.
Edit: I will add in my full measurements stats as soon as i get home! I wrote them down before leaving and they are sitting at home.. Sorry but this vacation to visitt my family in Miami threw my life out of wack, specially ssince i drove the entire east coast of the united states.
