Hopefully no one if friggin out due to the fact that they enjoyed themselves today with their family and friends. As long as you've been eating "good" all of the other days, this one BIG cheat meal should not kill you. So don't allow the guilt of it to get the best of you.

Its one day , this is not a do or die bodybuilding/figure/physique show. If you had a meal or two off your diet get back on it tomorrow morning and finish this strong.
I will be very proud as a judge if you finish this alone and came through learning something about yourself and your body to better yourself for the future. That is what this is all about. Pushing your boundaries, improving your physique and HAVING FUN

Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!
Squoze in a WO quester day before Christmas Eve dinner party. Finally got caught up on some rest too, big naps grow big muscles. So relieved had some insomnia last few weeks. Can't believe the contest is almost over.
Before the crush of finishing things up at the end, and at this time of year to be reflective and thankful. I wanted to remember to say, thank you to you all, for making this few months so enjoyable!

I am trying to recover my deleted pics from photobucket that deleted my before pics from our start pics........not good this sucks. The laptop I loaded them on has taken a dump and I replaced it last month. Seems like a few of us are having pic problems. Technology confuses me sometimes.

Started up 2 a day cardio sessions today. Morning cardio is pitiful haha. Just a couple weeks and then we will feast!! I am going to celebrate with a pizza and beer myself. Until then chicken and broccoli grace my plates. Gotta get a tan soon for final pics. Every one have a super week and happy new year!

I finished stuffing my pie hole on christmas.
I'd been lifting the whole time and honestly don't look like I did any permanent damage.
Spent yesterday fasting while I worked under my car so had a major deficit.
Evening it out today & will be getting back on the treadmill & will keep cutting till spring.
I did not get to where I wanted to be nor will I by the end of this but I cut enough fat to see I did indeed build some muscle on my FULK.

I had a very nice Christmas with my family. I indulged a little, but could have eaten even more I think. Hit the gym up yesterday and today for some quick workouts. I do like going early before work because I just hate the 5:30 pm rush at the gym especially now that it is soon New Years. I hope everyone had a great holiday and lets all head into the new year stronger than ever!

I hear you on the technology. I am actually fed up with technology to be honest but what are we gonna do? I am certainly not going to take the time to finger paint on a cave wall or chisel my documents on stone tablets! lol

I hope everyone has a wicked holiday. I managed to maintain discipline through being home for Christmas and ended up down almost a pound. I hit a lot of high rep low weight workouts while I was home. Today I hit a full body blast, may hit up cardio this weekend. We are so close. Photo shoot is fast approaching! Hit this upcoming week hard everyone!!!
