Thank you. You had wicked transformation pictures as well. Very impressive. You look amazing!!
It was a hard and very slow battle bro and I know it will be the same with gaining as well but thats what we are in here for, the long run. You had great transformation pictures as well. You can deficient tell you had a increase in muscle, awesome job man! Your hard work paid off!
Hey bro, I shave always! Not jsut for this contest, just my regular routine haha. The tan is fake bake and I went in the stand up for 10 minutes yesterday which was too much and I came out quite red hence the tinge in the pictures haha. Pasty Canadian here, hoping winter will pass haha.
Thanks man, that means more to me than you know. Keep at it. Discipline and hard work always pay off. Thanks again for the kind words. I can't wait to see more transformation pictures from everyone!

How crazy is it that I had my GF take my pics before she went out of town but forgot to use a dated paper or screenshot. UGGHHH!!! Now I'm going to have to try and either do them myself or be a little weird and ask someone at the gym to take them for me.
I'm glad I have until the 12th at midnight to make this happen. LOL!Mission: Transformation

I second this! Both statements really haha.
Just posted my final pictures - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...post1007065883
I suppose I did do some progress after all, even if I didn't make nearly as much as some of you guys. Progress is progress right? No matter how little, as long as I do look somewhat better than I did at the start I'll chalk that up as a win I'm not expecting to place, though I'm proud that I came out a better version of myself, and for that alone it's all been worth it.
Over the course of this competition I have finally completed a full marathon and got my nutrition pretty much on the spot save for a few ocasions, along with doing WONDERS for my motivation throughout these 4 months (is it really over already!? Time sure does fly!). It's been an honor to progress along with you fine people. I'm quite sure I'll be seeing some absolutely jaw dropping transformations from people yet to post their final pictures and that truly is what keeps me going, seeing just how much effort some people can put into themselves.
Thank you all so much for this opportunity, and hopefully I'll be seeing some of you around in future OBF competitions!Last edited by Winfamy; 01-09-2013 at 10:38 AM.

You have the perfect attitude my friend. Progress is always win no matter what. If you are a better version of yourself now than you were 16 weeks ago, hell yeah you succeeded! You definitely put on some size and that is clear in the comparison pictures. Awesome work man and it paid off! Here is too our next fitness goal and to more great transformations rolling in!

Winfamy--that's a fantastic bulk! Definite difference with very little fat addition. You are my hero!
I'll be posting on Saturday AM, Hawaiian time, along with Worksgurl. It's not going to be pretty at all, and I'm not just saying it the way pretty girls say, "I'm so ugly". This the God's honest truth. The biggest thing I've learned in this competition so far is that I do not have a handle on bulking, nor should I be doing any of it at this point in my life. I think I should concentrate on cutting or recomping ONLY. A "bulk" for me is just eating crap anyway.
I've also learned just how easy it is to put on fat. And that it 100% lands right on my ass and thighs. I just tried on a pair of shorts that fit me pretty well through November, and now, ULTRA tight on the thigh. The good that's come out of this is knowing that I can drop weight and body fat, if my mind is set on it. I am capable of trimming down, just as I'm capable of putting on fat. I feel less stuck because of this, YK? Like I can meet goals (based on my end result of a June-Sept cut). I do enjoy the learning process in all of this, and understanding the things I still need to work through--like emotional eating.
Although I didn't really motivate myself, it's always a pleasure hearing from you who go gangbusters and hit your goals, pretty much smiling the whole time. Cyanoticat, you pressed on in the middle of holidays AND a wedding! Rock on! Ellybelle, your honesty with your ups and downs was always nice to hear. Moecho and Beefcake, you guys crack me up everytime. Digitalangel3, you've been on this journey with me for awhile so it's nice to keep hearing about your progress. Nicscoffee, you're always so positive. Hope your ranch workout got you the results you were after. MsMac, I'm always amazed at your determination to hit your goals--no wonder you can compete! Rickiecoombs and Cindaboo, I'll bet your afters are not as bad as you think they'll be. MsClickClick, you are another super positive person. And my girl, Worksgurl who keeps me coming back for more. Thanks to all of you for making this a pleasure, even if it's not particularly a gain, at least for me.
And the guys--EjnarKolinkar, you have been a positive force since our first ON Challenge in 2011? Props to my buds from Nitro's Transformation Support thread (est 2011?), I'd never have a post count if it wasn't for you all. All of you guys have provided great comraderie and eye candy.
Rock on judges, FWF and the OBF!Kristin "Never mind your failures today...get back on that horse and RIDE!"

Hey guys and gals! Just wanted to say that it's the end of the contest and I am stoked to see your changes!! For those already posted, great job on your changes! Some I'm impressed with already... Can't wait to see the rest of them so I can do the final judging on my end! Just want to say good job to those who stayed in the contest!! And congrats on not giving up!
Can't wait to the next one, by then I think I may have already given birth to the baby and will be stoked to kick my arse into higher gear to transform even harder this coming time around!
Even though its the end of the contest, don't stop working hard.. It's a lifestyle and its easier to stay in it than to quit and start again.. :-) love this group!!!Starting fresh!
Longterm goal: probably fitness comp.
Shortterm goal: lose my postpartum weight, and fatty body.
