Frosted Cinnamon Caramel Crunch
-First let me say when I see "delicious taste" or anything like that on a label I'm somewhat put off, most of the time in my experience the product will have a chemical taste to it, that is NOT the case with this bar
Taste 9/10
~If you like cinnamon this is the bar for you, the cinnamon taste can be overpowering but it would be a nice change to the bland everyday protein bar.
~Like I said before no chemical aftertaste
Digestibility 10/10
~Have not experienced any GI issues
Texture 10/10
~bar has a crispy inner, so its a good way to fight the urge to eat crunchy junk food
For day to day
~Although I love the taste of the bar I would be weary of eatting it too frequently, seems like it could potentially get old quickIG: kenneth_prime

Great start to the log! If you are a coffee guy I was told the dipping the cinnamon bar in it is nothing short of awesome. If you are looking for a different way to try one of the packets mix it with 2 TBSP on peanut butter in a bowl and add water until you get a pudding like thickness to it. You can chill it in the fridge for a little while or eat it as is. It is a great way to curb the sweet tooth!

bah would have done this if i didnt already use 2 and have the rest planned out.
Chocolate Chocolate Chip powder with water
~8oz water and a shaker bottle were used
~shaked for about 10 seconds like i do with other powders
Taste 8.5/10
~Tasted like melted chocolate icecream with some chocolate chips thrown in
~A good combination of sweetness and not overpowering
Texture/Mixability 10/10
~Mixed alot better than I'm used to,I like to have a few chunks/clumps in my shakes so the chocolate chips were awesome
~smooth with no grainy texture to it
~It's a really thick shake even with 8oz of water
Smell 10/10<-Lolwut?
~because no one likes stinky things, I really liked the smell of this powder from the second i opened the packet
Digestion 10/10No bloating or GI, which is always a plusLast edited by Squatticus; 01-31-2013 at 12:45 PM.

I havent had any problems with anything, and everything taste, most definitely one of the more fulling shakes/bars i've had
Chocolate Peanut Caramel Crunch
This bar reminded me a bit of a crunch candy bar, if you like those then these are a good substitute. A good combination of flavors from the good people at isatori
Taste 9/10
~Has a good balance of the flavors
~the aftertaste is what i really like about this bar
Texture 10/10
~crispy coated with soft chocolate
Digestibility 10/10
~No problems here
Day to Day
~This in my opinion would be a great bar for day to day eatting, something you could eat for a long time before it gets old
Feeling of fullness 10/10
~I have a tendency to get hungry after I get home after my training sessions, came home and 2 hours later Im still feeling pretty fullIG: kenneth_prime

Not to put our product on a high horse per se, but I think the Eat-Smart bars are great in terms to texture, taste, and being easy on the stomach. They arent chewy, hard, or loaded with a lot of sugar alcohols like others....we HAVE sold out of our Frosted Cinnamon Carmel Crunch bars on a couple of occasions....thats how good they are =D

I'll defintitly be grabbing a box of them when stock back up
Chocolate Chocolate Chip powder with milk
Same as when mixed with water just a couple changes
Taste 9.5/10
~knew it would taste awesome with milk because it was already alot better with water than the proteins i mix with milk
Texture 10/10
~I used 12oz of milk because it come out really thick with 8oz of water, Still came out super thick which is always good
~Fluffy consistency with no clumps
A really good way to stay away from fast food shakes when youre going to work, just toss a scoop in a shaker with some milk and you're goldenIG: kenneth_prime

is that even a question? amazing protein by itself and the chocolate chips are just a bonus
Protein powder shake w/ fruits
ingredients
~2 servings protein powder
~20oz milk
~1 1/2 bananas
~4 strawberry's
you could probably sneak some veggies in there before the taste is noticeable
~Probably a better idea to either mix the fruit separate or just use the powder for recipes that dont require a blender, nothing bad about the protein its just so the chocolate chips stay in tact
~mixed very well as always
~once again no problems with digestion
~i'll probably save this protein for strictly milk/water and use cheaper not as tasty proteins for recipesIG: kenneth_prime

I'll throw in some oats and pb in mine and I am pretty much needing to force down my next meal. Makes it almost to filling. I am glad to hear that you are happy with it as a stand alone protein with just water or milk!

Wanted to say thanks to the Good people at Isatori for letting me do this log and these are some amazing products
Bar Review: Usually im not a big fan of protein bars, the people at Isatori really went to work on this one. Great taste, kept me full for hours, loved the texture.
Powder Review:Undoubtedly the best protein powder I've tried, great taste, no GI issues and mixes flawlessly. Definitely something you should have in your cabinetIG: kenneth_prime
