Still feeling out of it.
Having a hard time climbing the stairs at work due to aches & pains of the cold.
Woke up this morning & my eyes were crusted shut. WTF? LOL!
But i'm blowing my nose quit a bit now so I think it's breaking up.
Macs aren't exactly optimal but my cals are still where I need them to be.

anyone have trouble sleeping after high volume high intensity workouts?
i usually sleep 8 full hours and i've only been getting 6 the last few nights, i'm almost positive it's workout related.Aug 1 to Nov 1 Goal: Get down to <160 lbs
Start weight: 215lbs
Current Weight: 168 lbs
Goals for 2012/2013:
1.) Bench 150% BW (again)
2.) Squat 200% BW

Higher body temp can play hell with internal sleep clock. Same thing happens to me.
Photobucket does not do side by side edit photos anymore? Just sold an old camera on the ebay. While wiping memory card I found some lost pics on the cameras internal memory. Eh, last night I fell off the wagon & ate a whole bag of sweet potato & beet chips plus had a donut at lunch.
Still only hit 2300 cals. LOL!
Gotta say though, I feel a lot better today.
Just horribly bloated. Gee I wonder why?
I think i'm going to get in a light lift tonight.
I havn't worked out since last week & I feel deflated.

Falling off the wagon for one night won't kill you. If your body's healing, it might thank you for the carbs.
Had my first workout for a week last night - kept it light, because I still don't feel great, and I don't want to do more harm than good.
