    Still feeling out of it.
    Having a hard time climbing the stairs at work due to aches & pains of the cold.
    Woke up this morning & my eyes were crusted shut. WTF? LOL!

    But i'm blowing my nose quit a bit now so I think it's breaking up.

    Macs aren't exactly optimal but my cals are still where I need them to be.

    Omar the tent maker! hahaha that's a good one Nitro. I only kept the one pair because I knew I wanted the picture someday of me with abs and to see that compared to the tent I used to wear.

    anyone have trouble sleeping after high volume high intensity workouts?

    i usually sleep 8 full hours and i've only been getting 6 the last few nights, i'm almost positive it's workout related.
    Aug 1 to Nov 1 Goal: Get down to <160 lbs

    Start weight: 215lbs
    Current Weight: 168 lbs

    Goals for 2012/2013:
    1.) Bench 150% BW (again)
    2.) Squat 200% BW

    Higher body temp can play hell with internal sleep clock. Same thing happens to me.


    Photobucket does not do side by side edit photos anymore? Just sold an old camera on the ebay. While wiping memory card I found some lost pics on the cameras internal memory. Gotta do a side by side of that one someday.

    Falling off the wagon for one night won't kill you. If your body's healing, it might thank you for the carbs.

    Had my first workout for a week last night - kept it light, because I still don't feel great, and I don't want to do more harm than good.

    Hope your health keeps improving! It's that time of year, it seems - flu season is upon us!

    I just feel like all progress has stopped because i'm not lifting.
    Plus my face is puffy.

    I had a great couple weekends -friends,food and booze gained a couple pounds each weekend but managed to lose it plus last week I managed to lose an extra lb !! This week I lost those extra pesky bloating lbs and may get even lower
