I'M BACK
So it has been a while since I have posted anything. It has also been a while since I have been able to get to the gym on a consistent basis. Therefore, I am basically starting over. A lot has happened since I have last posted. Don't really wanna explain it all, so I'm not going to :-D. Long story short, I'm back. My last workout was today, which I shall post below. Everyone is expected to participate in this thread! Gonna start off with classic SS workouts then hopefully progress into TM after a little while.

Just saw this today. Consistency feels good. Weights are slowly creeping back to where they were before I quit going consistently in April/May.

Based on the warmup sets I was not feeling too confident about the work sets. They felt heavier than normal. But once I got to the work sets they were not too bad. Got a video of the 3rd set on my phone, I tend to go start right around/just below parallel on the first rep and slowly go deeper. The last rep was pretty deep. Pretty sure I do this on all the sets. Mostly psychological I think.

Annihilation. I think the "MVP" from the other team that I seemed to kill at every turn was 8-14 at the time of the challenge.
I've had a disturbingly high number of +20 or even +25 matches where my team still lost recently, though. You'd think that with COD in general and MW2 specifically having been out so long people would be better, but no...they are almost all fukking retards. BRB, getting 3 kills on the same guy with the same harrier.

I have over 50 days on MW2 now. And something like 158k kills.
I was just in a match, kicking ass, called my harrier, was holding my Pave Low till later, was 11-0...got the screen and kicked back to lobby. Found anotehr match...got the same match, opposite team.
Are. You. Fukking. Kidding. Me.
Yeah, I totally deserved to "lose" that match.
(I was like 13-5 after coming back on the otherr team)

First of all, amazing response time.
Second of all, if you wanted to, you could probably do more than what I just did right now. You just easily did 3x5 of squat with my max from the spring, pressed 135 more than easily, not to mention you weigh more than 40 pounds more than me. You were supposed to wait like 3 more months or so until you worked out at all so I could atleast have somewhat of a shot of 'catching' you. Even then, I probably wouldn't have a chance.
