I have decided to start a Journal to try and motivate myself.
I have started lifting again, after a long lay off due to various injuries, and life just got in the way. I figured writing a blog would help motivate me.
I have pretty pathetic stats at the moment, and my physique is nothing special. In fact, my fitness levels are terrible all round.
I'm 5'11, and 82kg. I'm 24 years old, and feel like the last year or so I have made no progress in the gym due to lack of motivation to even go, and stress from a new job.
Anyway, enough excuses, and it's time to start again.
I will be trying to update this daily, with whatever training I have done that day.
Nothing crazy, I have football training (soccer) later on at night. I realise this wasn't a crazy amount of volume or anything, but I was a bit pressed for time.
