Excellent!
Here's a repost of the competition, feel free to join in...
"I thought it would be interesting if every Wednesday we prepare a dish that involves some specific parameters and post a pic of our creations.
We could affectionately call this WILDCARD WEDNESDAY.
We then could decide who's post best fits the guidelines/ looks the tastiest. Snrygo could be the moderator to this decision.
The winner gets to choose the next Wednesday's rules in addition to 1,000 internet hugs. These rules can be as specific or vague as the winner desires.
For instance - The rules could be - include something pickled, or red food, noodles, be plated in a bowl, etc...
The food must be prepared by yourself, and posted on Wednesday before midnight, wherever you are. Label your post "Wildcard Wednesday," and wait patiently for constructive critique and praise."
HOLY SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!! He lives!
NO! Give mushrooms one more chance, please!
Well this just,
wow and yum...
Beautiful presentation, just beautiful.

My first attempt at a grilled pizza! Threw it under the broiler at the end to get crispy on top too.
8 oz dough brushed with 8g of olive oil, 5.8 oz of fresh mozz, 2oz of baby bella shrooms and 2oz of onion sauteed in 6g of butter, and 2 "de-cased" hot italian sausage links sauteed and crumbled (99g cooked). No sauce.
Final macros: 75.2g F/ 136.8g C/ 82.2g P - 1503 calories
End pizza was about 9- 10" in diameter and 436g - so roughly about 3.44 calories per gram.
Totally worth it too. One of the best pizza's I've eaten in recent memory, and I was in Italy a little over a year ago.
