blend 1/2c oats into flour (only if making pancakes)
add 2 eggwhites
1 scoop whey
~1/2c almond milk (or until becomes a runny batter)
1 tsp vanilla
4 splenda packets
1tsp baking powder (pancakes only)
Crush walnuts, add to batter (pancakes only...for french toast add to sludge)
pour onto skillet and flip when brown
Sludge: 2 scoops whey of choice and 2 Tbspoons (or less or more lol) of peanut butter, mix together with water, spread over pancakes or toast. If making french toast, add crushed walnuts to sludge at end.My path to contest prep:

Can someone PLEASE explain to me why people are eating these unhealthy foods? I scroll through these pictures only to find people eating giant portions of ice cream, cake, sugary cereals, cookies, poptarts, oreos, etc.. I'm just wondering why people are eating all of this unhealthy stuff and not sticking to clean foods? I for one stick with eating veggies and lean meats and wheat and stuff like that 24/7. I'm just confused on why a lot of people on here are eating these unhealthy junk foods. I'd really appreciate a reply.. Thanks.

^ Wow @ those dogs. Look so good
Its really all about fitting these foods into your daily macros, or for some of the posters having really awesome cheat days I guess. You have to have fun with your diet so its sustainable for you. Boiled chicken, broccoli, and brown rice will only go so far young man*Praying Zeke Goes for 40 Crew*

TOPS!!! ALL THE THUMBS UP.
Could NOT agree more!!
That's why it means so much for me, to make myself that HUGE BOWL of HOT tea to go along with my home made sweets whilst watching a good movie or reading a good boog in the evening. Not a HUGE amount of sweets. NO! Just, so little, that it satisfies my little sweet tooth.

Mexican-style pizza. Mushroom, capers, olives, chicken marinated in taco seasoning, chilli & black pepper.
Sweet potato, sliced, soaked in maple syrup and then tossed in flour and oven-baked. Very yummy.
Reduced-fat donuts.
More, made about 20 (they are the mini ones).
Dessert from big family Christmas eats on Sunday. Needless to say, the rest of my days food choices consisted of protein fluff + vegetables :P BONUS: Toenail progress
