Touch of milk if it isn't liquidy enough

Blend it all up and there's your batter, bake them for about 10-12 at 350 (donut pan) or for 20-25 minutes (cake pan), or just put them in your donut maker.

For the icing I just used protein plus peaunt flour, splenda and walden farms blueberry syrup and dunked them in it completely. Really helps them stay moist.

not chewy like most would think. i'd say it's equivalent to a piece of whole wheat bread but a little dryer. if you heat it up in the mic for 10 seconds it is moist as all hell.

bottomline-definitely enjoyable for having ~100 cals, mostly from protein.

Can someone PLEASE explain to me why people are eating these unhealthy foods? I scroll through these pictures only to find people eating giant portions of ice cream, cake, sugary cereals, cookies, poptarts, oreos, etc.. I'm just wondering why people are eating all of this unhealthy stuff and not sticking to clean foods? I for one stick with eating veggies and lean meats and wheat and stuff like that 24/7. I'm just confused on why a lot of people on here are eating these unhealthy junk foods. I'd really appreciate a reply.. Thanks.

Its really all about fitting these foods into your daily macros, or for some of the posters having really awesome cheat days I guess. You have to have fun with your diet so its sustainable for you. Boiled chicken, broccoli, and brown rice will only go so far young man

"clean food" is the most empty, meaningless statement ever conceived in the fitness industry. It's right up there with "toned".

    TOPS!!! ALL THE THUMBS UP.
    Could NOT agree more!!
That's why it means so much for me, to make myself that HUGE BOWL of HOT tea to go along with my home made sweets whilst watching a good movie or reading a good boog in the evening. Not a HUGE amount of sweets. NO! Just, so little, that it satisfies my little sweet tooth.

    PERFECT!!!!

Mexican-style pizza. Mushroom, capers, olives, chicken marinated in taco seasoning, chilli & black pepper.

Sweet potato, sliced, soaked in maple syrup and then tossed in flour and oven-baked. Very yummy.

    Reduced-fat donuts.

More, made about 20 (they are the mini ones).

Dessert from big family Christmas eats on Sunday. Needless to say, the rest of my days food choices consisted of protein fluff + vegetables :P BONUS: Toenail progress
