BTW, I just found out about this thread recently. I've always posted my food in my log in the contest prep section and I don't often wander out of that section out of fear of the MISC. I'm finding now that there are some pretty cool threads out here too though. I hope I can do my humble part to contribute to this amazing thread. Continue posting awesome food, everyone. I'm getting lots of ideas from here.Last edited by Reid456; 11-09-2012 at 05:45 PM.

If I remember what I did correctly....
about 150g carrots
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 or 2 tbsp fresh grated ginger
some salt
Boil the ginger and carrots until very tender, maybe 20 mins? Drain them, but reserve some of the liquid.
Blend the carrots and add the liquid until a desired consistency, add pumpkin, blend more, and keep adding liquid as desired.
My soup tended to start to separate, but I THINK that could be changed if you threw in an egg yolk or maybe some kind of starch to bind it?jessepangg's log - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=145599651&p=897737421&viewfull=1#post897737421
