Perhaps not the place to ask as I dont want to deviate from the thread purpose but given you are all primarily IIFYM followers its exactly you guys and gals I want to ask this to....
How many of you count macros from veggies? I ask because I have always been a follower of Chris Aceto's approach in that they do not count if just 2-3 standard servings are eaten a time (none of their macros count accept for peas and corn as they have higher starch contents).
I cant see how the small amount of carbs, protein and minimal trace fats from items like broccoli, lettuce, spinach, kale, onions, mushrooms, peppers, cabbage, tomatoes, brussel sprouts etc.....is going to do a damn thing to anyone's weight, body comp or appearance in the grand scheme of things with other foods considered.

bought a waffle maker and made my own waffles...couldn't find any low fat ones (for a refeed) nearby. I'm amazed how much fat the waffles in my local supermarket have (27g compared to 2 g to bagels for each 100g). Practically perfected making the waffles now after several (failed) attempts.
Anyway, here are my high protein, high carb, low fat waffles. Mixed with a little no fat ice cream and syrup, went down well.

Use imagination.
Breakfast,
A cup of egg whites
2 serving of oats, mixed with frozen berries eating outside on a wooden table with ice surrounding me.
Lunch
Turkish donner kebab, huge portion with salad and a huge onion with some garlic sauce. Eaten in the restaurant on a rotating table with a very colorful ground and wall design.
Donner,
A cup of cottage cease, with some a dust mixed along with little almond syrup and coffe bean syrup.
2 scoops of whey mixed with 50/50 soy almond milk.
Snack,
An oddly cooked chicken tight with cheese and broccoli.
I usually have a midnight snak but I could not stay up long yesterday since I worked out and made love on the same day.
