@ IrishPilot
like the look of those roasted carrot fries. do you season them before roasting?
how much in terms of weight do you eat per serving and what sort of oil are you roasting them in?

Dont come in here and criticize people when you yourself dont even post pictures and dont eat half the stuff posted in here. People may criticize you for your food choices and what you enjoy.
Be Humble and keep your mouth shut about others, leave it to the food. Take the problems to PM's.

Always changing. I usually either mix them with some egg beaters to coat, or spray them with olive oil. They somewhat caramelize in the oven so you could get away without seasoning, but I vary. Ill do salt & pepper, Mrs Dash stuff (chipotle, cajun), creole seasoning salt, cinnamon, etc. Lately Ive been buying the 1lb bag of small organics as they have been on sale, and cut them in half. I find that if you microwave them for 8-10 minutes it helps dry them out some and brings them to temp making the roasting faster. I like mine fairly dried out and well done though...they lose the standard carrot flavor and take on a more sweet potato style flavor.

Giant Eagle grocery store. Not bad stuff.
They are good, but I'll be honest: burgers aren't ideal for pretzel buns. The beef, seasoning, and sauces mask the pretzel taste. Deli meat and cheese is usually a better experience.

oregonpanthers, have you ever tried using boiled and baked gnocchi as a mix-in for sludge? It's like little bits of dough, if you like those kinds of additions.
