So today was my first attempt to bake a banana-berries-nut bread. I think it turned out great, tastes phenomenal!
What do you think?
It's kinda my own recipe. Here it is for anyone that's curious :
1 cup Plain Flour (Could be whole-wheat)
125 grams Quick Oats (Grinned in a food processor)
3 large Bananas
2 large Egg, Whole
30 grams Walnuts
100 grams Berries any kind. (I used a mix)
2 scoops Banana Protein Powder (Could be vanilla, I used Dymatize's)
1/2 tsp Salt
3 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
Sweetener of your choice.
Zest of a lemon.
