[QUOTE=IrishPilot;983575023] 1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup FF CC
1-2 scoops whey (elite xt Bberry muffin)
1/2 cup egg whites
splash of skim milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
Blend until pancake batter like. May need to add milk to get a little more liquid. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. The icing is PB2 mixed with Walden Farms Blueberry Syrup.

Junk bowl: Yogurt, Plums, Pears, Peanut butter crunch cereal, Chocolate Cheerios, Fiber 1 cereal
Pizza and a side of broccoli. 10/10 meal for me
Perfect pumpkin pancakes
Money shot
Recipe for Pancakes: (thanks to The Solution for his idea of using extra fluffy pancake mix in pancakes)
1 Egg
2 Whites
85g Pureed Cottage Cheese/Greek yogurt
60g of extra fluffy pancake mix added last
Pumpkin (Either Canned or raw, I use 380g of raw pumpkin microwaved and blended)
Cinnamon
Stevia
Vanilla extract
SF/FF Pudding mix/Xanthan gum for texture
Add about 100g of water/milk of your choice if needed to get a sludge like consistency

Nachos, bacon, and quesadilla
Baked @ 350: Fritos scoops, layer of shredded cheese, some chunks of meatloaf on top, then another layer of cheese, jalepenos, some onion
Cheese quesadilla with a fried egg and salsa on the side.
Amazing to dip my nachos and quesadilla in egg yolk and salse.
Omelet and bacon
Omelet: fried onion and bell pepper in EVOO before hand, then used 4 eggs, added some pepper, jalepenos, and deli sliced turkey. Cheese on top
it's amazing what kind of good food you can make for just a couple of dollarsLast edited by theculture; 11-24-2012 at 01:09 PM.
