Crockpot Cornish game hen, ate the whole bird. Leftover onions (which were caramelised, basically) and tomatoes were left to top sandwiches/wraps tomorrow. Speaking of which...

English muffin with chicken, onions, tomatoes (from the crockpot), mushrooms, feta cheese.

Junk bowl - those Quaker Soft Baked bars are really good. If the Dymatize Banana Nut XT tastes like the Banana Nut Quaker bars, I'll be kicking myself for not ordering some.

I live in Jenks. The wife and I eat over there quite often. I recognized the photo pretty easily. Far as I know it's the only deep dish around Tulsa.

Beef n cheese with chickpeas tahini spread and veggies.

My lovely dessert : mozzarella chocolate pizza.

BBQ night:

steak on old stove at my friend village house.

potatoes.

wine.

Cubed beef fried with butter.

easiest dough ever and turns out wicked.

300g flour
7g quick yeast
1t sugar
^in food processor

~200g water @120-130F drizzled in slowly. add a little EVOO if you want

put it in the fridge covered overnight and take it out for a few hours to rise then roll it out and bake on a stone at 450

i have a chicago deep dish place in my town but its definitely not a true 2 inch thick, deep dish. It's more like 1 inch thick
