Huge portion of Rocky Mountain maple glazed ribs and spicy firecracker chicken wings with mash potato and veggies! (From the flaming grill chain, a British grill house that serve great steaks, girls and burgers, all on skillets with a bed of sizzling onions! They also have a burger challenge which I've done a while back!)
530g sweet potato fries, coated in cinnamon with peanut butter dip, carrot sticks, 200g cod, 350g chicken breast = one awesome post workout meal!
Spicy tuna and broccoli tortilla pizza with a side of pb M&Ms

Not sure sorry! All I know is it makes a LOT. If I was going for pure fill value I would of chose angel hair though. It all weighs the same in the end, but angel hair seems like a lot more volume once it's cooked for some reason.

I defrosted it then wrapped it in foil with some 1 cal EVOO spray, and put it in the over for 30-35 minutes, I was already using the oven for the sweet potatoes and cod so I just flung the chicken in too, however I usually use a George foreman and grill it as I prefer the taste of it grilled

How'd you made those sweet potato fries? Look great.
Good to know I'm not going grazy, penne is my fave but I find the same thing unfortunately. Yeah calorie counter had 300g dry = 1000 kcal, pretty spot on. I don't usually have pasta as a starch anyways because it's not very filling for me - kind of had it as a treat. For some reason I find 200g rice dry a hell of a lot more filling than 200g dry pasta.fluglotse

Took a raw sweet potato, hacked it up it to all shapes and sizes of chips/wedges, sprinkled cinnamon and a smidge of paprika, splashed some water over them then put in oven for about 40 minutes at 180, when crispy on outside and soft on inside take them out and sprinkle desired amount of cinnamon! They taste awesome!!

The bread is grilled cheese and ham sandwiches, and there are three of them on there, so the bread technically would weigh a bit. Now I physically did not weigh this thing, but the menu said 5 pounds. And it also came with a big plate of fries, so I don't know if they considered the fries in that 5 pounds or not. Either way it was really good... and at the bottom of the description it said "This is a challenge for Man vs. Food" so I think they are trying to get someone to visitLearning something new here every single day... and I'm still not sure if I understand : /
