After you add the frozen fruit to the stiffed egg whites, doesn't using the electric beater to blend the fruit deflate the whites?

It's not the same pic. Same sludge ingredients, but I've been a bit rushed for time and short on ingredients - the canned pumpkin turns the base orange regardless, though.

Anyone have any good spices/sauces/flavored hot sauce that would go well with chicken breasts, ground beef, steak, rice, ect? Preferably low cal and low sodium. I've tried most mrs. dash and I'm sick of them lol.

    Worcestershire sauce
    soy sauce
mustard - yellow, dijon, spicy brown, stoneground
    low calorie bbq sauce
    sriracha
any variety of hot sauce - frank's, tapatio, texas pete, cholula, valentina
cheese - not a sauce but adds a lot of of flavor for usually not that many calories for a slice or two
    low carb ketchup
spices - fresh garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, OLD BAY (love it), cajun seasoning, pepper
maggi seasoning - great stuff (high sodium, but you only need a few drops and it adds a ton of flavor to anything particularly rice, eggs)
other additions - add some onions, mushrooms, veggies

hmm, I'm interested to hear responses as that pretty much sums up most of the low calories options. perhaps someone can enlighten my meals too. what don't you find flavorful about those options, just wondering?

Hollow out pepper, stuffed with cooked Beef/Rice + Veggies you sautee (i did jalapenos, peppers, onions)
Put sauce on bottom and on top of peppers in a container that you will bake
    i did 300 for around 30-35 minutes

add cheese about 10 minutes prior to finishing to melt.

Tiger sauce has a tiny bit of sugar but if you want the most flavorful hot sauce.... this is the one.

and as for powdered spices... check out grillmates... there are dozens of flavors though they contain sodium.
Hamburger, spicy hamburger, montreal chicken, lemon pepper... etc etc

capers, red pepper flakes, anchiovi, roasted garlic, sri racha garlic chili sauce (comes in cylindrical container, not plastic squeeze bottle), low sodium soy, fish sauce, oyster sauce, peanut (satay) sauce

Depends on the application of them as well but yeah. Roasted garlic + olive oil on baked potato hnnngh

Pumpkin Pancakes with WF syrups and a ton of cinnamon

Edit with recipe: (this one actually uses raw pumpkin and not canned)

about 400g of raw pumpkin (microwave it for 10 mins or so)
    2/3 - 1 cup of oats (60-80g)
    1 whole egg
    2 egg whites
    100g of cottage cheese
about 100g of almond milk/water to your desired consistency
Add protein powder if you would like
    Cinnamon
    Stevia
    Vanilla extract
    Xanthan gum

    Blend it all together
If the batter comes out too thick, add an egg white/milk/water, and if it comes out too thin, add some oats or reduce some liquid next time
Cook for about 2-2:30 mins each side

Macros for my pancakes alone came out to 550 calories, 71 carbs, 14 fat, 35 protein

Nah, not at all. You just got to make sure the whites form pretty stiff peaks before adding anything to them.

TERRIBLE. im a fan of them, and that flavor, but none of their Gold standard wheys mix well in oats IMO. they are very runny if you do them overnight style, and they turn to ricotta if you mix them into the hot oats. just eat the oats and have a shake on the side....the only protein ive actually thoroughly enjoyed in hot oats in dymatize cinnamon bun casein. that stuff is incredible.

The bread you see are grilled cheese and ham sandwiches made with texas toast... there is 1 pound of beef on there, cheese, 8 strips of bacon, 2 fried onion rings, 2 eggs, tomato, and ketchup. That beast weighs in at FIVE POUNDS.

Learning something new here every single day... and I'm still not sure if I understand : /

This x 1000!!!! Although their flavors are unbelievable, they do not mix well in oats at all.. The ricotta description is spot on!!
