I had so much chicken breast so i thought i would try something new, it only has brown rice and chicken that i seasoned myself in two white soft wraps tastes really good and only 500cal good if you're IFingSig line can't be a novel

Chicken grilled in a salsa dressing with excess poured on top, with jalapenos on wholemeal bread
Roasted chicken with spanish chicken dressing, peas and brown basmati rice
Bro meal - roasted chicken with mixed herbs and peppers with Nandos mild dressing.
Beef steak in a red wine dressing, with sliced white potatos and veg
Cheat day (never again) Dominos - Minced beef and bbq pizza, chicken strips, garlic pizza bread and medium cheese and tomato pizza
