Glad to see some interested takers!
Anurag, makes a good point about eating out... I think it would be best if we keep this as up to date as possible. Keeping with the Meals Eating Now theme, it should be a meal that you literally just finished cooking, or at least ate THAT same day.
That said, perhaps we could change the day to a Wednesday. Thoughts?
I'm hoping that a little friendly competition will inspire some unique dishes and ultimately force us to step up our culinary game.

I used 4x large portabellas (i cut out the stems), and then seasoned them with salt, pepper, and garlic pepper, then with some spinache that I chopped up
I chopped up some "Cabot Catamount hills" cheese from Whole Foods which had an awesome flavor, texture, and was reasonably priced, and put that on top (about 3.5 oz of it), and then I drizzled about 1 tbsp of olive oil over them (.25 tbsp per)
It looked like this: before i put them in the oven
I put it in the oven at 325 until the mushrooms were cooked, and then put it up to 425 for a few minutes to try and give the cheese some color (which didnt happen)
If that makes sense.

Hey guys, tried looking through a few pages and find some turkey ground beef burgers or something with turkey ground beef. There's a deal in my local grocery store Jennie O's Turkey ground beef 93/7 20oz, 2 for 5$. I plan on taking all that I can under the limit, but I was wondering, can I freeze it in its package? Never cooked turkey ground beef before and my family isn't very familiar with it. Would it be safe to keep in the freezer for less than a month?
Also, anyone have some quick and easy recipes that doesn't require anything other than the meat/spices? I'm a noobie at cooking so I'm trying to learn.

Funday Friday, looks great!
Dre, I gotta say, put this on an actual plate designed for food, maybe over a bed of rice, and I might consider tasting that. Might... Thanks for the effort buddy!

Those of you not participating in FUNDAY FRIDAY make me a little teary eyed...
I'm making the executive decision to switch Funday Fridays to WILDCARD WEDNESDAYS! It is decided!
I hope this will facilitate a larger pool of people joining in.
And for the winner this week, we can make the decision before Monday. Hopefully there will be some more entries tonight... May the better man, or woman, prevail.
