either do it quick so that its basically bleu, or do it medium rare. if you do it well, i will hunt you down and feed your remains to the duck's family.
yeah goes really well with berries. dont make the sauce too sweet tho.
i felt the chevre was too strong and would have preferred to have done a 50/50 of chevre and ricottaAAU World SJ Powerlifting Champion, 2014

Good Grub!
1 bag of brids eye ultimate southwest blend
3/4 cup egg whites
1 omega egg
2 tbsp fat free cream cheese
1 oz 2% free sharp cheddar
over a bed of baby spinach
(all mixed up)
After this I had one of each type of these bad boys! Just 1 oz each, but so good!

My chicken fried rice! Self-made recipe and proud!
You can eat it every day! Around less than a cup of brown rice on it, and only 1 chicken breast if anyone is wondering.

I need to move to America, all your food looks AMAZING!.. So jealous! haha
Dinner tonight.. "Clean Lasagne"..
I suck at plating/picture taking.. And it didn't help it didnt come out in "lasagne" form, still tasted AMAZING though!
Made enough for 6 decent serves!
1 serve:
452 cals
41.2g protein
18.6g fat (mostly from the mince)
23.9g carbs (could make this pretty much carb-less if you substituted the sweet potato for another veg )

“Go back?" he thought. "No good at all! Go sideways? Impossible! Go forward? Only thing to do! On we go!" So up he got, and trotted along with his little sword held in front of him and one hand feeling the wall, and his heart all of a patter and a pitter.”
