Shrimp with a "cream sauce". Just used milk, butter and garlic - and then when I figured it wasn't cool enough, I put some greek yogurt and cream cheese in there. Tastes pretty good, but I have one problem: How would I go about thickening the sauce without using flour? You guys have any tricks? Would an egg or two work? /e Sorry for crappy pic quality

You can use cornstarch to thicken liquids, but if you are asking for something that doesn't need flour, I doubt you have or want to use cornstarch.

First contribution to this thread. Plain Froyo from Pink Berry with Raspberries, Granola, and Cookies and Cream type stuff. It was so good I actually came. They had to clean it up and I ran out of the store crying. Because I was at the mall, security stopped me, and so I jizzed on them too and continued running.
I wanted to try the Chocolate mother fuarking Hazelnut, but that sh!t has dat dere tree nut allergen, and being allergic to pistachios I wasn't about to test that sh!t out, nom sayin'?
Next time I'm getting more fruit and less cookie and cream garbage.

It was 100g pancake mix (just add water type), 1/2c milk, 1 whole egg, 1 egg white, vanilla, salt, butter (for frying)
I made the pancake batter as per normal but folded in an egg white that was hand-whipped till the peaks were semi-stiff (skipping lateral raises for my right arm tomorrow hahaha). The batter was so airy/foamy that I never thought I would be able to flip it. Once you flip it, you can really see the rising effect like the one in the video below, something which I never noticed in my previous pancakes. Gotta try it
I used this for reference: http://youtu.be/0Yie5V37E1w
