Refeed day -
3 bagels (6 halves), 2 slices of toast, 8 slices fat free cheese (funnily enough had like 30g carbs lol), some vegemite
White Basmati Rice with beans
Grilled Chicken Breast with mixed steamed veggies, potatoes and napoli sauce (restaurant meal)

Post workout Eating out :
Chocolate fondant.
Chicken calzone: Shredded chicken, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, LOTS of mozzarella cheese and garlic mayo.
And the Ground sausage Flat out in the background also for meIF & 'IIFYM&M' crew.
Bulking Phase is On:
1/10/2012 @ 164lbs.

It's fat free, not carb free... most fat free foods have added carbs.

Seared salmon with low-carb (tofu/ bean curd skin) noodles, tomatoes, and tri-color coleslaw (for color and because vegetables are important, you know)

Agreed! Topped with a little ketchup/mustard mix and a dash of chipotle sauce is unbeatable.. On dat dere bulk so trying to go lower fat, high carb!! Mirin your stir-fry above.. looks bomb!

The Friday night usual dinner - huge taco salad with shredded chicken and ground turkey breast, jalapenos, salsa, shredded lettuce, cheese
It looks a mess, but tastes great
Late night, pre-bed snack - tortilla wrap with ham, bacon and colby jack cheese

wow, reading through your blog I just learned that Breyer's is no longer ice cream but a "frozen dairy dessert." Perhaps that explains why it's always among the lower calorie options and less creamy. Mind = blown though I'm sure this transition happened years ago and I just missed it
