You are doing it wrong. You are still supposed to eat primarily whole foods no matter the eating protocol you are on and then fit in treats as the MINORITY of your diet.

Thanksgiving leftovers
two hot dog buns with american cheese (toasted), 1 with turkey breast, 1 with honey ham, with mayo,tobasco, and fried onion bits on top
pickle, jalepenos, tomato. Some stuffing and green bean cassrole on the side


Noodles with stuff
Two packets of Neoguri spicy korean noodles (only 1 packet of the salt/spice), 6 oz turkey breast, 2 sausages, chopped onion and peppers, some hot chili oil, kimchi, 4 eggs. Then afterward I added some more kimchi, some cilantro and seaweed salad.

My 1 big plate of Thanksgiving Feast yesterday (the day my friends and family celebrated) including:
turkey leg
stuffing
mashed taters
sweet tater casserole
bacon-onion roasted sprouts
whole grain roll
real deal gravy
Felt like a d-bag for passing on pumpkin and pecan pie but that came out an our after the meal and my fun was well done and over by then. 3 weeks into dieting, 8 more to go. Some food fun is better then no fun at all right?!
